How to join ZWAP and start indoor cycling using Zwift

Find the right equipment

You need some indoor cycling equipment to start Zwifting, and a place to put it in your home. In addition you need a device and screen to run the Zwift application (pad/laptop/appletv), which connect wireless to the cycling equipment. In addition you use your phone to run the Zwift Companion app. To participate in our Zoom video chat, you also need some kind of device with camera and mic, ideally a separate one from the two other mentioned. Join our Zwift exercise sessions

Every day of the week, selected ZWAP-members voluntary lead meetups and workouts on Zwift, cycling together online. Participation is free, and most of us have Parkinson´s, including the session leader! All training sessions are carried out with the option of taking part in a Zoom-based video chat. Open for everybody who relates to Parkinson’s. To start, download the Zwift Companion app, create a user, and join ZWAP as a club in Zwift. You will then find our exercise sessions in the Club Event list.

Register as a member or supporter
