TEAM WEST COAST
…for an unforgettable cycling journey from Seattle to Phoenix structured in two key phases:
- 🚴♂️ The Prologue (Seattle to San Francisco) sets the stage with a smaller group of riders taking on the rugged beauty of the Pacific Northwest, spanning over 16 riding days and 1740 km (1080 miles)
- 🚴♀️ The Main Event (San Francisco to Phoenix) brings together the full team for the core mission — 18 riding days through California and into the Sonoran Desert, culminating at the World Parkinson Congress May 22nd, after 1700 km (1060 miles)
A dedicated core of 27 riders, including 20 living with Parkinson’s, and a non-cycling support team of 4, are confirmed:- 11 riders will start with the Prologue before joining the Main Event
- 12 riders join for The Main Event in San Francisco
- 4 more join for The Main Event in Los Angeles
